Tasks

• Prepare fresh ingredients according to recipes and menu.
• Cook and prepare top-quality menu items in a timely manner.
• Test foods to ensure proper preparation and temperature.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly.
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of surfaces and storage containers.
• Portion, chop, and store food ingredients.
• Wash and peel fresh fruits and vegetables.
• Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients.
• Operate ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers.
• Wash and disinfect kitchen areas, tables, tools, knives, and equipment.
• Check and ensure correct temperatures of appliances and food.

Requirements

• Diploma in Culinary Arts.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position in a 4- or 5-star hotel or well-established restaurant.
• Good knowledge of the English language.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Good knowledge of HACCP procedures.
