Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in a similar serving position within the hospitality industry.
• Excellent knowledge of the English language.
• Excellent communication skills.

Preferred

• Hotel & Catering Diploma is a plus.

Other information

• Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests.
• Set tables according to event type and service standards.
• Maintain full knowledge of menu and buffet items to answer guest questions.
• Communicate with the kitchen regarding wait times, recook orders, product availability, allergies, and special dietary requests.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day.
• Liaise with the F&B supervisor, other departments, and management regarding operational changes or difficulties.
