Conditions

• Start date: 9/2.
• Location: On-site in Larnaca, Cyprus.
• Full-time employment, 40 hours per week.
• 6-month probationary period followed by permanent employment.
• Working hours: Monday–Friday, 09:00–21:00 and one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday), 11:00–17:00.

Tasks

• Provide customer service for a digital mailbox service.
• Handle cases via email and chat regarding login issues, technical support, and user accounts.
• Handle phone calls as required.
• Ensure a safe and professional customer experience with prompt and clear assistance.
• Note: This role does not involve any sales.

Requirements

• Fluent Danish (C1 level).
• Good knowledge of English (B2 level or higher).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Enjoy working with people.
• Structured, efficient, and computer literate.
• Clean criminal record.
• Ability to adapt to life in Cyprus, which features clean bathing waters and an average summer temperature of 27°C.

Preferred

• Previous experience in customer support.
• Experience in service roles such as hotel, restaurant, or retail.
• Additional language skills (e.g., other Nordic languages, German, Dutch, Turkish, Greek).
