Head of Commercial

Userlink operates AI agents for hundreds of Nordic webshops, handling customer dialogues and converting conversations into structured data. Based in Odense, the company is expanding its offerings from chat to email, phone, and social, while developing a sophisticated "brain" system to drive growth and revenue per customer.

The Role

You will take full ownership of new business, partners, and existing customers. Your responsibilities include:

• Managing the entire sales process from first contact to signature.
• Defining and documenting the sales process for the rest of the company.
• Building the partner channel by identifying, evaluating, and selling alongside agencies and platform partners.
• Driving growth within the existing customer base, meeting monthly and quarterly targets.
• Defining and adjusting pricing, pitches, customer profiles, and processes.
• Scaling the sales team as numbers allow.
• Managing growth in Denmark, DACH, and the Netherlands.

Profile

• Experience building sales in a B2B SaaS company as one of the first salespeople, including personal meetings and closes.
• Proven track record of hitting budgets with the ability to explain the methodology in detail.
• Ability to sell personally while simultaneously teaching others.
• Experience selling outside of Denmark and understanding the nuances of different markets.\n- Strong product and technology understanding, with daily use of AI in your own work.
• Native-level Danish with confidence in calls, meetings, and demos.
• A founder mindset: someone who dreams of building a company, takes ownership, and looks for solutions.
