Are you interested in working at the heart of a media house's diverse everyday life? We are looking for two permanent people to be responsible for lobby and office services at the media house in the centre of Helsinki. In this role, you will get to the heart of customer encounters and ensure that the everyday life of the entire house runs smoothly. The work content includes advice, guidance, mailing and cooperation with service providers and users of the building. You will also be involved in developing the site's operating methods and actively bring forward your own views and observations. What we expect from you: - Excellent customer service attitude and positivity - Initiative and willingness to find solutions independently- Reliability and ability to work in a varied environment - Fluent communication skills in Finnish and English (other language skills are considered an advantage) - Previous experience in customer service (experience in lobby service is a plus) - Good IT skills and the ability to adopt new systems quickly - Understanding of the safety of the work community (experience in the security sector is a plus, no security guard card is required) What we offer you: - A versatile and responsible position - The opportunity to develop both your own skills and your work environment - The support of an agile organization and nice colleagues - Comprehensive orientation and continuous support from our team - Insight into the day-to-day running of a media house Your daily tasks: - Receiving, advising and guiding customers - Handling customer service calls and emails - Preparing meeting room reservations and furniture changes - Handling and delivering incoming and outgoing mail - Access control and key management tasks - Cooperation with partner operators and forwarding service requests (e.g. cleaning and maintenance requests) - Office work, such as processing orders - Taking care of supplies replenishment - Ensuring the comfort of the lobby, meeting and other facilities The people work in two shifts, which take place on weekdays between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. On public holidays, our lobby service is closed.
