Temporary position to cover maternity leave Work tasks: We are looking for an HR Manager who is a true people person. This is a mid-level position for someone who is not afraid of trying on different hats - we’re talking about owning the whole employee lifecycle and everything that goes with it! Responsibilities: -Manage day-to-day employee lifecycle transactions (hires, data changes, movements, terminations, compensation updates, job/position changes, organisational details) accurately. -Provide guidance on HR best practices, legal compliance, and employee matters. -Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery. -Foster a positive work environment, promote employee engagement and satisfaction, and act as a point of contact for all employee-related issues. -Oversee full onboarding and offboarding processes. -Take ownership of employer branding campaigns in collaboration with Marketing. -Support event management efforts together with our Office Manager. -Be a strong partner to our founders in all team and operational topics, whenever necessary. -Oversee the health & safety aspects in our factory. -Give input on HR budget, EOR expenses, and benefits allocation. -Manage all HR related tools and services - BambooHR, Odoo, Meliva, Stebby, GoWorkaBit, Playroll, CVKeskus, Glassdoor, etc. We offer: -Freedom & accountability – you decide how and where you do your best work. -A fair salary – we want our employees to feel valued. Other requirements: -- Professional higher education supporting the work (business and administration, management and administration, psychology, law). -You have previous experience in a similar role, wearing multiple hats from recruitment to people operations to supporting team members. -Your Estonian and English language skills are excellent, both written and spoken. -You have a good understanding of Estonian employment law; other European countries are a plus. -You maintain humour and optimism when things don’t go as planned (crucial). -You don’t crack under pressure and can stay calm and patient in difficult situations. -You hate being micromanaged and prefer having freedom and the responsibility that comes with it. -You are hungry to learn and challenge yourself to bring new and disruptive ideas to life. -You have worked in a high-growth startup environment and don’t mind the occasional uncertainty or messiness that comes with it. -You understand the complexities of working in a multi-cultural environment.
