Cleaner

Everyone's OÜ is seeking a part-time Cleaner to join their dynamic and innovative team at Crock & Crumb Restaurant & Bakery.

Main tasks:

• Perform daily cleaning and sanitization of dining spaces, common areas, employee zones, restrooms, and storage rooms.
• Maintain surfaces, floors, furniture, and fixtures.
• Manage waste disposal, restock supplies, and organize workspaces.
• Conduct weekly deep cleaning of high-use areas and furniture.
• Perform comprehensive monthly cleaning of walls, ceilings, and equipment.
• Provide laundry services (washing, drying, and storing rags, towels, aprons, and uniforms).
• Assist with maintenance tasks, such as cleaning behind and under equipment.
• Follow all regulations, procedures, and technical guidelines while reporting issues promptly.
• Communicate effectively with the team to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of proper cleaning methods, materials, equipment, and safety guidelines for handling cleaning agents.
• Familiarity with sanitation regulations, especially in food service and public areas.
• Ability to identify and report maintenance issues (e.g., faulty equipment).
• Strong physical stamina for lifting, bending, and frequent use of steps.
• High standards of cleanliness, hygiene, integrity, and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a reliable team player.
• A valid health certificate is required for working in food preparation and serving areas.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Language skills: Estonian (B2) and English (B1).
• Experience: At least 1 year as a building cleaner.
• Education: Lower secondary education.
