Tasks

• Support Brand Managers with offers to Alko and retailers.
• Manage technical details involved in offer processes.
• Manage key systems including SAP, Inriver PIM, and Alko partner network.
• Coordinate sending samples to partners and media.
• Assist the team with varied marketing tasks.

Requirements

• Knowledge of SAP, MS Office, Photoshop, Allu, Inriver and/or Alko systems is preferred.
• Experience working with Alko or grocery retailers is preferred.
• Experience working with wines or beverages is preferred.

Preferred

• Previous experience in sales support, product coordination, basic data, or technical bidding processes is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Finnish and English; other languages are an asset.
