Production Worker

Our business focuses on the production of high-quality dog food. We are looking for a Production Worker to join our team.

Main Responsibilities:

• Receiving incoming raw materials and preparing them for production (cutting, assembling recipes, and preparing tools/equipment).
• Operating and monitoring production equipment, including grinders, slicers, drying chambers, and cutting machines.
• Loading, unloading, and maintaining drying chambers.
• Packaging finished products using packaging machinery.
• Picking and preparing customer orders.
• Carrying out quality control of finished products and performing microbiological analyses.
• Maintaining workplace cleanliness and following all hygiene and quality requirements.

Work Conditions:

• Stable employment in a growing Estonian company.
• Work is based on a rotating work schedule.
• The role requires good physical endurance due to regular manual handling, lifting, and moving of raw materials and products, as well as frequent movement within the production facilities.
• No work from home option.
• The company does not provide transportation; applicants must arrange their own.
