Server

Join a dynamic and innovative company as a Server. You will be responsible for providing friendly and attentive service to our customers, ensuring a high-quality dining experience.

Main Responsibilities:

• Warmly welcome customers and assist them with their orders.
• Prepare and serve dishes, coffee, and various hot and cold drinks.
• Take orders, process payments, and operate the POS system.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, customer areas, workstations, and equipment, including washing dishes.
• Monitor product freshness, restock supplies, and strictly follow food safety and hygiene standards.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth operations, particularly during peak hours.
• Follow company procedures and assist with other daily tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Friendly, helpful attitude and strong communication skills.
• Ability to communicate confidently in both Estonian and English.
• Honesty, reliability, and a team-oriented mindset.
• Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively during busy periods.
• Willingness to comply with food safety and hygiene standards.
• A valid health certificate for food handling is required.
• Previous experience in customer service, POS operation, or coffee preparation is an advantage but not required.
