The position is situated in the entry-level category (Vaativuusryhmä 1), focused on assisting with basic, practical daily tasks on a large-scale pig farm. Your main duties will include: - Manual feeding and moving supplies around the farm. - General cleaning, washing, and disinfecting animal pens using high-pressure washers. - Assisting in moving, handling, and sorting animals safely. - General property maintenance and everyday agricultural tasks. **Requirements:** - **Language Skills:** Excellent, fluent communication skills in English are mandatory. English is our strictly enforced safety and operational language. You must be able to comprehend and act instantly on verbal safety commands in English. (Finnish language is not required). - **Climate & System Adaptability:** Proven background or strong familiarization with operating and adjusting large-scale international livestock management models. - **Work Motivation:** Strong work motivation and willingness to perform routine and physically demanding manual labor. - **Physical Health:** Good physical condition and stamina to work in a farm environment. - **Experience:** A minimum of 1 year of proven working experience on a pig farm is required.
