The position is in a stable, long-term industrial environment where quality and expertise matter more than volume.** The client is a well-established and respected machine shop specializing in demanding, high-precision machining in small batches. The order book extends far into the future, ensuring strong long-term stability. **CNC Machinist Role** We are looking for several CNC machinists to work in versatile and challenging machining tasks. The role is highly independent, where part production, setups, and programming are in your hands. **What the job includes** - CAM programming - Tool selection and machine setups - Demanding small batches and single-part production - Machining of large components (300–8000 kg) - All lifting and handling done with overhead cranes – no manual heavy lifting - Work on 5-axis machining centers and lathes **We expect from you** - Solid experience in CNC machining (minimum 5 years) - Independent CAM programming skills (experience with GibbsCAM and MillCAM is an advantage) - Experience with large component machining and safety procedures - Accuracy, structured working style, and a responsible attitude - Fluent Finnish or English language skills **We offer** - A stable and long-term employer - Strong future outlook with the client company - Continuous shift-based work - Comprehensive onboarding and training **Interested?** Please submit your application and CV through our recruitment system as soon as possible.
