Au sein d'une boulangerie-pâtisserie artisanale, vous organisez à la fabrication des produits..... pour plusieurs magasins.
Magasin ouvert 7j/7.
Deux jours de repos consécutifs tournants (en fonction de la formation de l'apprenti).
Horaires 4h-11h (de manière exceptionnelle, vous pourrez commencer à 2h ou 3h pendant les périodes de fêtes)

Débutant accepté, Aucune formation scolaire, S, Caractéristiques des farines levure, additifs, S, Bouler et effectuer la tourne ou le façonnage des pâtons, S
