What you will do: Reporting to the Senior Manager - Accounting and Valuations Traditional Funds, you will be part of the multinational Fund Administration department of HSBC Continental Europe, Luxembourg Branch and work for a team dedicated to Traditional Funds. The Supervisor UCITS is responsible for the oversight of NAV Valuations and reporting tasks, and the quality and timely response to clients & third parties queries. The Supervisor is also responsible to maintain and improve the standards of client service deliveries but also support more junior Team Members (Senior Fund Accountants). In this role, you will: • Review and sign off NAV in a timely manner • Be responsible for day-to-day client fund accounting matters • Take ownership of any tasks or projects assigned • Assist auditors, internal and external parties with their queries • Help Assistant Managers when required and assist them on any queries or project they are working on • Support all aspects of operational delivery in the daily servicing of clients • Support and provide solutions for enhanced client delivery and servicing • Deal with client, Investment Operations, GDS, Auditors and third parties • Monitor deliverables accuracy and timeliness You should apply if you have: • Thorough knowledge of accounting for securities and derivatives • Good understanding of UCITS Luxembourg Fund regulation • Good understanding of Multi Managers, Sleves • Relevant experience with a background of supervisory/management experience • Understanding of Luxembourg Fund regulation • Fluent in English, both written and oral.
