What you will do: Reporting to the MSS Ops NFR EMEA Lead, you will be responsible for supporting the Luxembourg site that is key to the Securities Services Growth Strategy, as well as for oversight of other EMEA locations. Analytical skills are key, as well as an in-depth knowledge of MSS Operations processes with a strong understanding of NFR practices. In this role, you will (but not limited to): • Oversee, support and deliver fit for purpose risk governance arrangements and related reporting (and other ad-hoc reporting as required) • Lead the NFR function to ensure the MSS RCA is dynamically maintained, based on all relevant risk triggers • Support as required any risk and control related activities including, but not restricted to, liaison with Internal/External Audit and Regulatory Authorities as well as key internal stakeholder • Manage senior stakeholders in presenting NFR initiatives and support with incident management • Partner with MSS Operations, driving a culture of risk awareness and adherence • Identify thematic and systemic issues in the control environment by performing risk assessment deep dives initiated by trigger events such as internal and external incidents.
