Job Description Responsibilities will include: Translate business requirements into system requirements, design specifications and document new and/or existing application requirements. Ensure that new or existing systems meet business requirements and practices and that all application interface issues/ concerns are understood, documented and addressed satisfactorily. Manage the process of change - Strong experience in gathering requirements and preparing the functional specification and design documents. Issue Resolution - Closely work with the Technical Teams on High Priority issues. Conducting/leading daily triage of tickets and tracking incidents. System Upgrades and Enhancements - collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage system upgrades and enhancements. Conduct testing and ensure a smooth transition to new functionalities. Contribute to the strategic HR IT roadmap initiatives - work with senior leadership and key stakeholders to support for organizational strategic objectives, leveraging SAP functionality to ease administrative burden and build efficient, effective, and scalable processes. Drive adoption, optimization and transformation -ensure we are fully leveraging SAP to meet strategic business and talent needs and a pursue continuous improvement in business processes, integration, automation and user experience. Partner with business teams - understand their needs and requirements, make recommendations for solutions, and roadmap and prioritize implementation to support Ad-hoc business objectives. Support business in testing Coordinate with internal and external partners work with 3rd party software and internal product, audit and security teams to ensure configuration and integrations are efficient, compliant and accurate. Serve as technical expert for SAP HCM. Engaging with SAP Community and user groups to ensure that we are getting the most out of current and future SAP HCM and SAP SuccesFactor capabilities. Requirements: Minimum 5 years' experience as a functional analyst for SAP HCM PA, OM, Time Management modules and ESSMSS Fiori In depth Payroll process knowledge is a prerequisite (any market but Luxembourg payroll will be a better fit) including knowledge of tax calculations. Hands-on experience in designing and implementing solutions per business requirements. Ability to analyse extensive and complex ranges of data, information, processes and system solutions to produce effective and efficient business solutions in compliance with the Best Practices Good understanding of Employee Life Cycle Support projects Expertise in integrating SAP HR with external systems. Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Technology or related field.
