Job Description As part of the ArcelorMittal Human Resources Shared Service Center, your mission will be to ensure the efficiency of our SAP-HR system and to assist all users in their day-to- day needs. You will also act as primary contact towards our internal and external stakeholders regarding the maintenance and upgrade of our IT landscape and also be involved in a continuous improvement and transformation process of our Human Resources operations to deliver the best quality and personalized services to our delegates from the recruitment to the end of the professional life with ArcelorMittal in Luxembourg. Mission Manage the day-to-day operations of the SAP HR system, including configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and translate requirements into SAP HR solutions. Train end users on effective use of the system, including navigation, data entry, and process execution. Act as the primary point of contact for SAP HR-related questions and issues, providing functional and technical support to users. Participate in planning and implementing system updates and enhancements, ensuring compliance with best practices and company policies. Work closely with the IT team to resolve technical issues and ensure system stability and performance. Perform validation testing and quality checks to ensure data integrity and process reliability. Document processes, procedures, and best practices related to SAP HR usage, ensuring availability and accessibility of training resources. What you'll need Experience: Excellent knowledge of SAP HR, including Infotypes, personnel management modules, payroll, and time management. Ability to understand business processes and translate user requirements into SAP solutions. Communication and training skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve issues effectively. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, while meeting deadlines and quality standards. Self-aware, collaborative, communicative, reliable, strong ethic, confidentiality management, open-minded, Flexible, proactive, solution oriented. Any experience in the HR field will be considered as an asset.
