Main objectives Edmond de Rothschild is currently seeking a Senior Expert in Transactional Reporting to enhance our Back-Office Transactional Reporting Department. The expert will handle regulatory reporting responsibilities, including EMIR Refit, MiFIR, FinfraG, CSDR, CFTC, and PROTIDE. This role also involves working on projects related to transactional reporting and maintaining up-to-date regulatory knowledge. Tasks and Responsibilities • Execute the production of regulatory reporting (EMIR, MIFIR, FinfraG, CME, CSDR, CFTC, Protide) with thorough oversight. • Resolve issues proactively and propose innovative solutions when necessary. • Suggest process improvements and implement updates for transactional reporting across multiple entities (Switzerland, Luxembourg, Italy, France, Belgium, Spain, Portugal) and clients (Private, Institutional). • Collaborate on projects aimed at enhancing automation, reducing risks and costs, and improving quality while ensuring compliance. • Facilitate coordination with regulators, providers, and other teams. • Monitor group mailboxes and ensure timely follow-up. • Support the training of junior collaborators to help enhance their skills. • Act as backup support for the Deputy Head of Transactional Reporting. • Assist in drafting and documenting incident memorandums and remediation plans when required. • Contribute to writing and updating procedures and operating memorandums, ensuring activities are documented comprehensively. • Maintain a focus on quality in all tasks and responsibilities. • Ensure regulatory watch and the impact analysis on existing processes. Job requirements • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Legal/Compliance or Economics (BAC + 4/5). • Minimum of 5 years' experience in this position. • Strong interest in regulatory reporting and operational aspects. • Very good understanding of financial products (included derivatives) and financial market operating models. • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools especially Microsoft Excel. • Proficiency in VBA or another programming language is a plus. • Focused on client service with excellent attention to details. • Strong analytical and organizational skills. • Effective communication skills in French (reading, writing and understanding) and English (reading, writing, and understanding) is required; knowledge of another European language is a plus. • Experience in Transaction Reporting is a plus. • Strong team spirit and ability to work collaboratively.
