Italian Speaking Support Specialist

Join a leading Customer Experience (CX) company in Bulgaria as an Italian Speaking Support Specialist for Rent-a-Car. You will be part of a great team focused on delivering outstanding client service and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Main Tasks:

• Deliver outstanding client service and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Identify and assess customer needs.
• Provide assistance with general inquiries, product support, and troubleshooting via phone, email, chat, or tickets.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Italian and English.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must possess valid documents for working in Bulgaria.
• Previous experience in a similar role is not required.

Work Conditions and Benefits:

• Relocation Support: €1,200 Gross relocation bonus (paid in 2 installments) to cover relocation and initial rent costs.
