Solutions Consultant with Icelandic and English

TELUS Digital Bulgaria is seeking a Solutions Consultant for a 6-month journey in Sofia, Bulgaria, supporting the world's biggest search engine. This role offers a dynamic international environment with the possibility to extend into a long-term career if you enjoy the experience.

Your Mission:

• Deliver professional support for products and services to ensure a stellar user experience.
• Master CRM software and ticketing systems to solve problems and assist users.
• Engage with customers across multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Meet performance goals (SLAs) using a comprehensive knowledge base.
• Collaborate with a high-energy team to share best practices.
