You’ll oversee the sushi division, ensuring the perfect balance between authenticity, efficiency, and innovation. Key responsibilities Lead and manage the sushi team, maintaining top-level quality and consistency. Develop creative sushi menus that respect traditional Japanese techniques. Supervise inventory, supplier relations, and cost control. Translate international trends and business insights into operational improvements. Train and mentor team members in culinary technique and service culture. Your profile Academic background in international relations or business. Proven experience as a sushi chef in a high-end or premium setting. Strong leadership and communication skills. Fluent in English and Nepali (Japanese is an asset).
