As our Top Pastry Chef, you’ll create desserts that merge tradition, craftsmanship, and innovation into a unique culinary identity. Key responsibilities Develop and perfect desserts inspired by Japanese wagashi techniques. Integrate South American flavours and textures into innovative pastry concepts. Collaborate closely with chefs and product development teams to bring ideas to life. Ensure top-level quality, presentation, and consistency across all creations. Mentor and inspire junior pastry chefs. Your profile 2+ years experience in high end pastry At least 6 months of training or work experience in Japan, ideally in wagashi or traditional Japanese pastry. Proven experience working in or with South American culinary traditions. Strong aesthetic sense and technical mastery; storytelling through flavour. Fluent in English and Spanish; Japanese language skills are a plus. Creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about merging cultures through pastry.
