Production Operator

Would you be the next member of Peltolan Pussi team? **We are looking for a Production Operator for our site in Sarankulma, Tampere.** As a Production Operator, you will work independently on production lines in a variety of tasks. Your duties include receiving, sorting, quality inspection, and packing. The work takes place at receiving tables, where products are collected and packed. The role may also include machine setups, which are carried out together with a colleague. The job is mainly performed standing and involves repetitive movements, so good physical condition and tolerance for routine work are important. About 20 people work in our production team. The team is close-knit, positive, and employees tend to have long careers with us. Although the work is independent, help is always available when needed, and colleagues are happy to guide you. **What kind of person are we looking for?** We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a positive work attitude and a willingness to learn. Previous experience in production work or machine operation is considered an advantage but is not required – the most important qualities are a proactive approach and the ability to work as part of a team. We value initiative, accuracy, and flexibility.
