Operators Wanted

We are looking for: Operators Key tasks: Your job as an operator will involve tasks like setting, monitoring and controlling of machines and automated systems to ensure efficient production. You will be responsible for keeping workflows running safely, troubleshooting equipment, maintaining quality control, and logging production data.  Your key responsibilities & duties will include: ·         Machine Setup: Preparing and calibrating equipment before starting production ·         Monitoring & Feeding: Loading raw materials into machines and continuously watching processes to prevent interruptions ·         Quality Checks: Inspecting finished products to ensure they meet company standards and removing defective items ·         Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Performing routine inspections and fixing minor mechanical malfunctions Documentation: Logging production output, tracking malfunctions, and recording process variables Safety Compliance: Adhering strictly to safety protocols and maintaining a clean workspace. Skills: English - must be able to communicate in English  Role requires a multitude of skills, ranging from technical and mechanical expertise to strong problem solving abilities Safety-conscious and reliable Physically strong and good with your hands Attention to detail and precision in work Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity Ability to work independently, effectively and as part of a team Driving license is an asset but not needed   Experience: Experience is good to have but that's not necessary ·         Operators’ education is good to have but that's not necessary We Offer you: ·         Full time job in Denmark  ·         Danish contract signed with Scan Con Construction, work for Scan Con Construction ·         Attractive salary (also vacation money, Free Choice Account, Labor market pension) ·         We guarantee 37 hours per week with possibilities for overtime (The normal average weekly working hours are according to the Union agreement as well as any local agreements) ·         Flight tickets ·         Transport to/ from job  ·         Accommodation  ·         Safety courses ·         Work tools and clothes ·         Help with applying for a residence and work permit after the Fast track scheme ·         Health insurance / Medical help INTERESTED?
