Manpower's client is an EU Agency Work tasks: Executive & Administrative Support: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and coordinate follow up actions for the Head of Corporate Services and Sector Heads; Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel logistics, prepare mission orders, and process reimbursement claims; Document Preparation & Reporting: Draft and format reports, notes, and correspondence. Collect inputs from team members and compile the monthly administrative report; Document & Workflow Management: Handle documents requiring approval, manage structured archiving, and initiate workflows and e signatures in ARES; Departmental Coordination: Support daily departmental operations, organize meetings across teams, and act as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders; Information Distribution: Ensure timely preparation and delivery of documents and communications to relevant parties; Performing other support related to the functioning of CSD.
