Manpower's client is an EU Agency Work tasks: The position ensures effective logistics, supplies and storage management by improving processes, supporting procurement activities and advising internal stakeholders on efficient and sustainable operations. Develop and update guidelines for supplies, storage, courier and postal services management; Provide expert input to technical specifications for logistics-related procurements; Optimise supply chain, storage capacity and space management processes; Advise on the use of courier and postal services, including tracking systems and documentation; Maintain logistics data, workflows and documentation in ARES and office ICT systems; Support onboarding improvements related to logistics and office management activities. Other requirements: Post-secondary education proven by a diploma; Minimum 4 years of professional experience in administration, supply chain/logistics or finance; Demonstrated experience in administrative work, with the ability to perform under; Ability to exercise strict professional discretion and work with highly confidential information; Strong personal integrity combined with a supportive, cooperative, and service oriented attitude; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, multitasking ability; Ability to collaborate effectively in a multicultural environment; Very good command of English (written and spoken).
