Manpower's client is an EU Agency Work tasks: Advise staff on business travel planning, bookings and reimbursement processes (MIPS+); Provide expert guidance on travel options, disruptions and alternative arrangements; Monitor business travel activity and follow up on reimbursements and budget usage; Support financial planning and cost control related to missions using Excel and financial tools; Provide consultancy on travel service framework contracts and related procurements (2026–2030); Deliver on-call travel support outside standard working hours when required; Performing other support related to the functioning of unit. Other requirements: Post-secondary education proven by a diploma; Minimum 4 years of professional experience in administration, tourism, finance, communications, or event management; Demonstrated experience in administrative work, with the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment; Ability to exercise strict professional discretion and work with highly confidential information; Strong personal integrity combined with a supportive, cooperative, and service oriented attitude; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, multitasking ability; Ability to collaborate effectively in a multicultural environment; Very good command of English (written and spoken).
