Manpower's client is an EU Agency Work tasks: Prepare and support the drafting of procurement, contract management and financial documentation in line with the Agency’s Procurement and Acquisition Plan and internal requirements; Support budget planning and monitoring using financial tools and Microsoft Excel; Draft and manage official documents in high‑level English within the ARES system; Track procurement actions and deadlines using contract monitoring tools; Provide advice and consultancy to internal stakeholders, including the General Services and ICT sectors, on procurement planning and execution; Maintain and update records of corporate licences, vendors and contractors using SharePoint-based applications and related tools. Other requirements: Post-secondary education proven by a diploma; Minimum 4 years of professional experience in administration, legal affairs, finance, human resources, communications or event management; Demonstrated experience in administrative work, with the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment; Ability to exercise strict professional discretion and work with highly confidential information; Strong personal integrity combined with a supportive, cooperative, and service oriented attitude; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, multitasking ability; Ability to collaborate effectively in a multicultural environment; Very good command of English (written and spoken).
