Test Automation Engineer

Conditions

Tasks

• Develop and maintain test automation solutions using hardware-in-the-loop systems for system-level quality gates.
• Conduct integration testing to ensure seamless operation of system components.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and product managers to understand requirements and design test cases.
• Conduct performance and load testing to verify system performance criteria.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for software systems.
• Report QA results with clear, reproducible steps for identified issues.
• Stay current with industry trends and introduce new test automation tools and methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in test design and execution within large software development projects.
• Proven experience with test automation frameworks and modern testing tools.
• Strong programming skills, preferably in C#, C, and/or C++.
• Knowledge of software architecture patterns such as MVVM, Microservices, and SOA.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (Postgres, MSSQL).
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Structured, detail-oriented, and quality-driven way of working.
• Strong documentation and technical writing skills.
• Solid understanding of software quality assurance principles.
• Clear and effective communication skills in English.
• Strong critical thinking skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
