Ready to be at the heart of operations, making sure every part gets exactly where it needs to be? At Beneq, you'll play a hands-on role in keeping our material flow efficient and reliable, from incoming goods to outbound shipments. This role suits someone who enjoys physical, varied work and takes pride in getting things right the first time.

Beneq, a global leader in Atomic Layer Deposition (ALD) technology, is looking for a Warehouse Operator to join our Purchasing & Materials Management team at our headquarters in Espoo, Finland. This is a fixed-term position starting as soon as possible and continuing until 30 September 2027, due to a temporary peak in our warehouse operations and summertime substitution.

YOUR ROLE AT BENEQ
You'll be part of a compact and collaborative warehouse team. You'll work closely with Production, Sourcing, Purchasing and Life Cycle Services to make sure every component gets where it needs to be: safely, accurately, and on time. You'll take part in a wide range of tasks and gain a broad understanding of factory logistics from end to end. The work is on weekdays (Monday–Friday) during the day shift, with flexible working hours within the shift.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handling and inspecting incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring quality and accuracy.
  • Picking and preparing parts for manufacturing and internal deliveries.
  • Maintaining warehouse organization (5S) and inventory accuracy in SAP and other systems.
  • Supporting shipping and logistics operations, including packing, labelling, and coordination with logistics partners.
  • Operating warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, safely and efficiently.
  • Taking part in continuous improvement projects related to warehouse management and material flow.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Basic skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel).
  • Willingness to learn SAP and warehouse management tools.
  • Motivation and readiness for physical warehouse work.
  • Good English communication skills. English is our working language.
  • A forklift license or previous forklift experience is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing or industrial environments is an advantage.

YOU BRING

  • An organized, proactive way of working.
  • A team-player attitude and good communication skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt when priorities change.
  • Eagerness to learn and take initiative.
