Tasks

• Drive sales activities for engineering and consulting projects in the industrial sector, ranging from small-scale to large international assignments.
• Grow existing customer relationships and actively acquire new ones within the assigned area of responsibility.
• Leverage personal networks and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Collaborate with sales management to utilize the full range of design and consulting services to create client value.
• Manage the entire sales cycle, including prospecting, preparing quotes, negotiating framework agreements, and reporting.
• Contribute to setting annual goals, maintain regular customer contact, and develop tailored sales strategies.

Requirements

• Experienced professional or candidate with a few years of relevant consulting experience.
• Relevant education in technical or business fields (B.Sc. or M.Sc.) or strong technical understanding from previous roles.
• Solid experience in international sales and/or project management, preferably within consulting and engineering businesses in process industries.
• Ability to manage large-scale international projects and present complex concepts clearly.
• Independent, sales-driven mindset with a proactive approach.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with an interest in networking.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple large clients and projects simultaneously.
• Fluency in Finnish and very good command of English; other languages are an asset.
• Willingness to travel within Finland and occasionally abroad.
