We offer talented students the opportunity to learn about Customer Service and Design Software Administration in a professional environment. Our Customer Success Trainees are primarily responsible for creating 3D component libraries and specifications for our customers. This involves parametric modeling, determining component materials, and taking parameter measurements. Candidates with knowledge of outfitting processes and the ability to work with software files, write, and correct scripts have an added advantage. Customer Success Trainees also play a vital role at Cadmatic as the face of the company to our customers. When users face questions or challenges while using our software, Application Specialists and Customer Success Trainees are there to help. Our clients are mostly process, system, mechanical, electrical, or MEP engineers designing ships, plants, or buildings. What we are looking for - Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with a degree in Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, with an interest in ship outfitting and ship systems. - Ability to communicate effectively with end users, with a desire to understand their needs and help solve technical challenges. - Interest in coding. - Strong problem-solving skills and passion for learning. - Good English skills, as we are a global company with colleagues and customers around the world.
