Junior AI Engineer (image & video generation)

MyArchitectAI is a founder-led team developing AI rendering software for architects and interior designers. The software allows users to generate photorealistic renders from designs, swap materials, change lighting, and convert stills into videos.

Work tasks:

• Month 1: Learn the product, model pipelines, and quality standards while shipping a small improvement (e.g., a workflow, evaluation script, or automation) alongside a founder.
• Month 3: Own a recurring piece of work end-to-end, such as maintaining evaluation sets, triaging generation failures, or keeping model pipelines current.
• Ongoing: Read research and release notes, experiment with new techniques, measure results, and report findings.
• 6–12 months: Take on features based on specific goals and deadlines.

We offer:

• Daily mentoring from the founders and real tasks from week one.
• GPU access.
• Remote work (Tallinn optional).
• Choice of employment contract or contractor agreement.
• Long-term growth opportunities.
• Salary of approximately €3,000 net per month (approx. €3,700–3,900 gross).

Requirements:

• Public projects built with image or video models (code, LoRAs, ComfyUI workflows, small apps, or documented experiments).
• Meaningful work history over the last six months with a visible trail.
• Early-career status (student, self-taught, bootcamp graduate, first/second job, or career changer).
• Ability to explain project builds, initial failures, and subsequent improvements.
• Written English sufficient for daily communication with founders (Estonian not required).
• Big plus: Experience with benchmarks, running models on modest hardware (quantization, memory, speed), reimplementing papers, active GitHub/Discord contributions, or small tools for real users (Hugging Face Spaces, bots, plugins).
