Sales and Customer Relations Manager

Espoo theatre is seeking a Sales and Customer Relations Manager to reinvent its approach to sales and build lasting customer relationships. You will be responsible for identifying new audiences, developing compelling sales packages, and driving growth for the theatre's ambitious programme.

Main Tasks:

• New Customer Acquisition: Identify opportunities, initiate conversations (especially with businesses), and convert enquiries into confirmed sales.
• Package Development: Create appealing packages for businesses, organisations, and groups, including initiatives like shared ticket offers.
• Relationship Management: Maintain existing customer relationships and collaborate on designing a loyalty programme for long-term engagement.
• Group Sales Development: Lead a project to reimagine and improve the existing programme for group organisers.
• Analysis and Improvement: Test new approaches, track results, and assess performance to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• A strong track record in winning new customers, developing sales, and creating successful concepts.
• Proficiency in using CRM and ticketing systems (experience with Lippu.fi systems is an advantage).
• Excellent communication skills across face-to-face, phone, email, and online platforms.\n- Ability to listen to customer needs and provide compelling reasons to engage with the theatre.
• Structured work management skills, including planning, prioritising, and following through on commitments.
• Knowledge of the theatre or creative sector is an advantage, but experience from other fields is welcome if you have a genuine interest in the programme.

Work Conditions:

• Full-time position reporting to the Sales and Marketing Director.
