Conditions

• Full-time position from March to September.

Tasks

• Perform sowing, transplanting, and soil preparation at the beginning of the season.
• Grow over 80 different vegetables in open fields for direct farm sales.
• Work primarily outdoors under direct supervision.

Requirements

• Interest in vegetable growing, outdoor life, physical work, nature, and sustainability.

Preferred

• Formal training in the field or relevant experience is an advantage.
• Experience with physical work and good physical fitness.
• Interest in the field and general curiosity.
• Ability to work in all kinds of weather.
• Ability to work at a fast pace and a willingness to develop oneself.
