Sales manager

As a Sales Manager, you will advise customers and present products from world-leading brands. Your role involves helping customers find the most suitable solutions for their home, beauty, or kitchen needs, while providing technical support and managing incoming orders. You will also participate in initiatives to improve and develop the overall customer experience.

Main Tasks:

• Advising customers and presenting products from leading global brands.
• Helping customers identify suitable solutions for home, beauty, and kitchen needs.
• Providing customer support for technical questions.
• Managing and processing incoming orders.
• Participating in the development and improvement of the customer experience.

Requirements:

• Very good command of Estonian (spoken and written).
• Good command of English (spoken and written).
• Excellent communication and sales skills.
• Ability to plan time and organize work effectively.
• Interest in technology, design, and lifestyle innovation.
• Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
• Willingness to work according to a schedule from Monday to Sunday.
