Tasks

• Lead and manage the team developing electronics and software for the power tools product portfolio.
• Develop efficient working methods and processes for the team.
• Cooperate with development teams in mechanics, materials technology, and design.
• Collaborate with internal teams, component suppliers, and global partners.

Requirements

• Technical degree (B.Sc. or higher).
• Knowledge of power electronics.
• Knowledge of analog and digital electronics.
• Experience in electronic simulation.
• Experience with embedded systems programmed in C.
• Knowledge of EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility).
• Understanding of electronics for motor control applications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret and understand standards.

Preferred

• Proficiency in Visual Basic.
• Knowledge of.NET and other programming languages.
• Strong ability to see the bigger picture and work well in a team.
• Innovative approach, open to new ideas, and structured problem solving.
• Hands-on experience with power tools and a sense for practical solutions.
