Senior AI Engineer (image & video generation)

MyArchitectAI is an AI rendering software for architects and interior designers, providing photorealistic renders that preserve geometry and materials. We are a small, fast-moving, founder-led team looking for a hands-on engineer to turn image and video-generation techniques into shipped product features.

Main Tasks:

• Rapidly develop and ship evaluated AI capabilities, quality/speed improvements, or automation systems.
• Own the full development loop: find, evaluate, build, validate, ship, and learn.
• Provide visual examples and data to back improvements.
• Identify and propose opportunities based on new models, user data, or pipeline weaknesses.
• Maintain a clear view of new models and competitors while focusing on practical product impact rather than pure research.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with generative image or video models (beyond LLMs, RAG, or agents).
• Proven track record: at least one shipped product, deployed feature, significant open-source contribution, or a convincing end-to-end project with specific details on what was built.
• Experience running experiments and making trade-offs between quality, speed, and cost.
• Strong engineering skills to transition notebooks or demos into production-quality Python code.
• Good written English (Estonian is not required).
• Nice to have: Experience with Diffusers, ComfyUI, ControlNet-style conditioning, inpainting/editing, LoRA/fine-tuning, video models, upscaling, custom evaluation datasets, GPU deployment/optimization, or knowledge of 3D, AEC, CAD, rendering, or interiors.
