Conditions

Tasks

• Prepare, analyze, and report on sales forecasts, scenarios, and forecast accuracy.
• Report on and analyze security of supply.
• Act as the main user of the Relex planning system.
• Participate in customer-specific planning meetings.
• Coordinate forecasts, production plans, and campaigns with internal stakeholders.
• Identify risks from demand fluctuations, supply security, or market changes and propose measures.

Requirements

• University degree suitable for the position.
• Experience in the FMCG market and demand planning.
• Strong analytical skills to process and interpret large amounts of data.
• Good communication skills in both Finnish and English.
• Precise and systematic approach with the ability to react quickly to changes.

Preferred

• Previous experience using the Relex system is an advantage.
