Together with our clients and stakeholders, we are building a sustainable and intelligent future.Our more than 1,700 professionals serve across 30 locations throughout Finland._ **Would you be our new Procurement Manager?** As a Procurement Manager, you will take ownership of the end-to-end procurement process in large-scale construction, industrial and data centre projects. Acting on behalf of the client, you will ensure that critical equipment, materials, services and subcontracted works are procured on time, on the right commercial terms and in line with project schedules. Your primary focus will be on **OFCI (Owner Furnished Contractor Installed)** procurements, managing the sourcing of long lead-time equipment such as transformers, generators, UPS systems, cooling equipment and other critical infrastructure components. Working closely with project teams, you will ensure procurement activities support project timelines from planning through successful delivery. You will develop procurement strategies, identify and evaluate suppliers, manage RFQ and RFP processes, lead tender evaluations and negotiate commercial agreements. You will also monitor supplier performance, oversee deliveries, coordinate technical and commercial changes, and ensure procurement governance throughout the project lifecycle. The position is a full-time and permanent role, and you will be employed directly by Granlund. The role offers a flexible hybrid working model, allowing you to work from any Granlund office in Finland combined with remote work. The position also includes occasional travel to supplier and manufacturer locations both in Finland and internationally. **What are we looking for?** We are looking for a procurement professional with several years of experience managing procurement activities in construction, industrial or other capital investment projects, with prior experience in data centre projects considered an especially strong advantage. You have hands-on experience in leading procurement processes from planning and supplier selection through commercial negotiations and successful delivery. You understand how procurement decisions impact project schedules, budgets and overall project success. You are skilled in preparing and managing competitive tendering processes, negotiating contracts and commercial terms, evaluating supplier capabilities and building long-term supplier relationships. Strong knowledge of standard contract forms and contractual terms is important for success in this role. Experience procuring large technical equipment is highly valued, while previous exposure to other complex international investment projects will be beneficial. Fluent English is essential for the role, as you will work in an international project environment. While not required, Finnish language skills are an advantage. As a person, you are organised, proactive and comfortable taking ownership of your area of responsibility. You enjoy solving commercial challenges, build strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders, and communicate confidently in international project environments.
