Project assistant

-Support franchisees with account registration, contract updates, and required documentation -Communicate with franchisees, partners, and internal teams in Chinese and English -Assist with procurement processes, including order coordination and delivery follow-up -Support renovation projects by coordinating with contractors and monitoring progress -Use CAD drawings to assist with basic layout planning or renovation visualization when needed -Help manage inventory, warehouse stock, and store deliveries Provide on-site support during new store openings to ensure smooth operations -Handle routine billing, invoices, and receipt-related tasks -Assist with basic operational and financial data analysis -Conduct regular store visits to ensure brand standards and operating procedures are followed -Provide basic guidance on menu execution, kitchen workflow, and daily store operations -Prepare simple visual materials or animated diagrams for operations, renovation, or training purposes Requirements -Strong organizational and communication skills, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively -Fluency in both spoken and written Chinese and English is required due to direct interaction with customers and franchisees; Finnish language skills are an advantage -Flexible availability, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays when required, with willingness to travel within Finland and internationally -Minimum of two (2) years of experience in the restaurant industry, with a solid understanding of both front-of-house and back-of-house operations -Experience in franchise operations or project coordination is an asset; hands-on experience with Asian cuisine, including menu execution or product development, is a plus -Background in Business or Commercial Law is an advantage, particularly for understanding contracts and compliance -Ability to effectively use AI tools for data analysis, documentation, and process optimization -Proficiency in CAD systems for layout planning, equipment placement, and renovation drawings; experience creating animated diagrams or visual presentations is an advantage -Valid Finnish residence permit with the right to work
