Project Assistant

Do you enjoy being at the center of operations, keeping people connected and things running smoothly? Enersense Engineering Oy is looking for a Project Assistant who will play a key role in supporting our clients Finnish branch in Kilpilahti, Finland. In this position, you will be the go-to person for administration, communication and coordination, working closely with site teams, management, authorities and international colleagues in Germany and Austria.

The project starts as soon as possible and is expected to run until October 2026, with a possibility for an extension.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Support of the branch manager related for administrative topics and documentation
• Support of the branch manager towards Finnish authorities
• Production of official letter to authorities, customer and other companies
• Contact and organization of tasks between the headquarter in Germany/Austria and Finland
• Documentation of performed works (site diary)
• Documentation of executed works
• Translation works between English, Finnish and German
• Organisation of maintenance works for the area of the Client's Finnish branch office and area
• Handling and follow- up for maintenance contracts for the offices and area of the Client's Finnish branch office
• Support of the activities of companies project managers
• Language support of site staff and managers as required from the customer
• Support works for handling of projects at the Kilpilahti area and the Client's Finnish branch office site
• Execution of administration tasks for the Finnish Branch of the Client

Requirements:

• Suitable educational background for the position
• Previous experience as assistant
• Good organization skills
• Flexibility and proactive attitude
• Good team working skills and team spirit
• Good interpersonal and communication skills when working with colleagues and customers
• Finnish and English language skills
• At least basic working proficiency in German language
