Commercial Administrator

Enersense Engineering is currently looking for a Commercial Administrator to join our client's data centre project team and support their construction sites in Helsinki, Finland.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Process orders according to company procedures and guidelines
• Handle general administrative duties, data entry, and various ad hoc office tasks
• Maintain, update, and organise project documentation
• Monitor document comments and follow up on pending responses
• Provide reporting and deadline support to the Quantity Surveyor team
• Participate in project meetings and assist in tracking action points
• Work will be performed on-site

Requirements:

• Suitable educational background for the position
  23 years of experience in an administrative role (experience in construction, engineering, finance, or a related field is considered an advantage)
• Strong organisational and administrative capabilities
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel are essential
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Good communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork
• Good command of English (written and spoken)
