Position Overview The Studio & Movement Manager is a core leadership role responsible for developing, coordinating, and delivering the wellness and movement arm of the Wildflower experience — seamlessly integrating it within the restaurant’s daily operations and community culture. This role bridges hospitality and wellness, managing schedules, instructors, and member experiences while ensuring that classes, events, and collaborations align with the brand’s ethos of nourishment and connection. Key Responsibilities Program Development & Coordination Design and oversee a diverse class schedule together with third party collaborators / instructors (e.g., Pilates, yoga, strength sessions, postnatal movement, Run Club). Source, recruit, and coordinate external instructors and wellness partners. Plan and host community wellness events such as “Move & Brunch,” “Family Flow,” and “Evening Stretch & Wine.” Maintain high operational standards in studio cleanliness, ambiance, and readiness. Community Building & Engagement Build and nurture relationships with members, regular guests, and the local community. Manage communication with class attendees and coordinate cross-promotion with café events. Support the Wildflower Run Club and other inclusive wellness initiatives. Represent the Wildflower wellness identity both in-house and on social media in collaboration with the marketing team. Operations & Administration Manage the class booking system (Classpass or Gymcatch) and ensure smooth check-in and payment processes. Track attendance, revenue, and performance KPIs related to wellness operations. Coordinate studio supplies, maintenance schedules, and product orders (yoga mats, props, towels, etc.). Align weekly planning and reporting with the Café & Restaurant Manager to integrate studio activities into the overall business. Collaboration & Brand Integration Work closely with the kitchen and café team to design wellness-based food and beverage pairings for events. Collaborate on social and marketing campaigns to promote classes and workshops. Ensure all wellness activities reflect Wildflower’s brand values of sustainability, inclusion, and wellbeing. Qualifications & Experience Background in wellness, fitness, or hospitality management (experience with Sports or Event Manager preferred). Strong communication and leadership skills. Experience managing teams or freelance instructors. Familiarity with digital booking and CRM systems (e.g., Momoyoga, MindBody, Gymcatch, or similar). Fluent in English (Danish is a plus but not required). Entrepreneurial mindset with passion for community, wellness, and hospitality.
