We are looking for an experienced and proactive Café / Restaurant Manager to join our newly established team in Copenhagen. This role is central to building a strong foundation — from staffing and onboarding to daily operations and team development. About the Role As our Manager, you’ll take the lead in hiring, training, and people management, ensuring smooth operations and a positive, motivated team from the very beginning. You’ll work closely with the founders to create systems, support growth, and deliver an exceptional guest experience.
