The Role As Restaurant Operations Manager, you hold the overall operational and managerial responsibility for the restaurant’s daily operations. You work hands-on while maintaining a strong overview, leading through clear structures, planning, and presence. The role combines operational leadership with coordination responsibilities and plays a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations and long-term development.
