ICTS Denmark ApS is looking for a dedicated and experienced Operations Manager to oversee and supervise daily operations at Copenhagen Airport (CPH). This role combines hands-on supervision with overall operational responsibility, ensuring high service quality, safety, and compliance in close cooperation with our client, Delta Air Lines. You will play a key role in leading staff, coordinating operations, and acting as the link between frontline teams, management, and the client in a fast-paced airport environment. The position is seasonal until the end of October 2026, with the possibility of extension. Key responsibilities: • Overall responsibility for daily operations and service delivery • Supervising, leading, and supporting operational staff • Ensuring compliance with safety, security, and airport regulations • Acting as the main point of contact for staff, management, and the client • Handling operational deviations and challenges calmly and efficiently • Supporting planning, staffing, and continuous operational improvements The airport is a security restricted area, and all candidates must be able to obtain security clearance. A criminal record and valid photo ID must be presented at the job interview.
