Full Time 100% Chef (Taiwanese Kitchen) We are a small family-owned, family-run Taiwanese restaurant in Kreis 4 Zurich. Since July 2021 we have gained a popular following based on the novelty, variety and quality of our food and service. Each meal is prepared individually with care to ensure an excellent dining experience. We are looking for a full time Taiwanese chef to join our team as soon as possible. Your tasks •    Manage kitchen helper and preparation chef to set up kitchen for service and prepare ingredients •    Manage stock and inventory •    Supervise cleaning and food storage in compliance with the HACCP guidelines •    Cook main course wok fry dishes •    Opportunity to bring creativity and fresh ideas to developing the menu and specials Your profile: •    Living in or close to Zurich, Kreis 4 or willing to relocate to Switzerland from the EU •    Reliable, hard-working, willingness to learn, cooperation with team members and able to remain calm and focused under pressure •    Intermediate communication in English and Mandarin is a must •    Training qualifications and experience in Asian kitchen is required, knowledge of Taiwanese cuisine is essential Offer •    Starting immediately •    Full time (Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday lunch 10:30-14:00 and Tuesday - Sunday nights 17:00 – 22:30) •    Monthly wage contract following L-GAV guidelines including 13th month salary, 25 working days paid vacation To Apply Please send CV and copies of educational qualifications / certificates to
