Recruitment Notice: Team Leader GET.invest Finance Catalyst Context GET.invest is a European programme that mobilises investment in renewable energy projects and businesses in emerging and developing markets. It is supported by the European Union, Germany, Norway, Sweden, the Netherlands, and Austria. In a time of growing global ambition to accelerate the energy transition and address climate change, GET.invest plays a critical role at the juncture of political, economic and developmental objectives by fostering private sector investment into sustainable energy, in line with EU external action priorities and partner countries' development goals. Since its inception in 2016, GET.invest has built a strong track record, supporting over 568 companies and projects to mobilise more than 530m EUR of highly catalytic financing. A cornerstone of the programme is the GET.invest Finance Catalyst, which provides targeted advisory support to clean energy developers and companies to improve their investment readiness and facilitate access to finance. The Finance Catalyst is central to achieving GET.invest's mission, acting as the bridge between project developers, financiers, and other market actors.
