For an international, innovative organization in air suspension technology, we are looking for an Account Manager (Senior) who is strong in relationship management, acquisition and negotiation. In this role you work from Arnhem (hybrid or remote) and regularly travel through Europe to personally serve customers. You report to the Production Manager in Poland. What are you going to do? This is what you will do: Managing and expanding your own international customer portfolio (key accounts) Acquiring new customers (cold acquisition) and actively searching for new market opportunities Maintaining intensive customer relationships with purchasing and engineering departments Negotiate prices, conditions and long-term contracts Coordinating customer projects and supervising product introductions Analyzing market trends and competitive information Collaborate with internal teams (sales support, engineering, production) Traveling within Europe is a substantial part of your work (approximately 50%) Who are you? This is what you bring with you: HBO or WO education in technology, commercial economics or business administration At least 5 years+ experience in a B2B sales position with an international scope Experience with OEM customers in the automotive or industrial sector is a major advantage Strong commercial skills, independent in acquisition and relationship management You speak fluent English and German Enterprising attitude, results-oriented and strong communication skills You have no trouble traveling and enjoy being on location with customers What do we offer?
